Message	I dont know the guy, and I ordered a trim kit from him, it took 3 weeks (as stated) and he even called me MORE than once from California (I live in NJ) to confirm the order, confirm the shipping, and even called me to make sure I got everything and it came ok. He even offered tech assistance if I had trouble with any of it (I wanted to do it myself) Got most of it done already (I'm slow and lazy) and as long as you follow the lines, everything turns out great.
